Core Competences

We aim to provide a one stop shop for our customers, by being able to offer service that encompasses the full lifecycle of your assets. We take the headache away from our customers by providing simple, innovative and environmentally considered solutions.

Concept, Detail Design and trials:
We work with our customers and network of suppliers to develop innovative solutions to legacy issues, using our internal team, also working directly with manufacturers and specialist refurbishment companies we bring practical, efficient solutions that manage our customer’s constraints when achieving their goals.

Undertaking trials with our customers as proof of concept, this allows us to demonstrate that solutions are sustainable from the point of installation throughout the life cycle of the product.

Installation:
Our intention is to self-deliver as many installations via direct employees as possible. Where this is not possible through scale or complexity we use our experience to partner with trusted suppliers to provide a combination of direct and sub-contract labour. We pride ourselves in our focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
The passion we demonstrate and the quality we deliver reduces repair and warranty costs by getting it “Right First Time”.

We build on our strength by utilising our experts to coach and develop along with continuous and challenging training programmes for our employees. We also aim to develop multi-skilled engineers that will help provide innovation through experience with other products used in the various categories we manage.

Preventative Maintenance:
Whether it be a Comprehensive contract or ‘Pay as you go’, our ethos is to deliver quality preventative maintenance, success for us comes from customer satisfaction as we believe this will deliver our objective of long term sustainable contracts. We believe our performance over time demonstrates our ability to deliver failure rate reduction.

Most contracts offer time based routines however we are looking to work with our customers to deliver more targeted approaches based on the assets we manage, this swill reduce revenue cost, improve performance and extend the life span of critical assets. The strategies will depend on the controls and remote capabilities.

Reactive Maintenance and Remote Triage:
Developing our lean processes, we can complement our proactive approach by providing an accurate, cost-efficient repair service. We deliver solutions quickly while endeavouring to ensure that problems do not re-emerge.

Where possible we use our desk engineers to remotely identify the skillset and resource required to deliver a first fix to our customers. If remote control is available, we may be able to route cause and resolve issues before they become critical or remove the need for attendance completely.

We have developed extensive product detail, efficient processes and supply networks to support the operation. Through detailed information captured on our online CAFM we have been able to build detailed asset information and parts inventory information to deliver service solutions quicker than our competitors, in some instances being able to provide them with parts that they are unable to source themselves.

Carbon Emission Reduction and Sustainability:
We all have a consideration to develop solutions that deliver an Environmental responsibility. At a time when environmental issues are constantly being reviewed, we ensure we keep abreast of all current legislation, issues and regulations.

Our processes, training and objectives are also aligned to our customer requirements. We aim to deliver efficiency, reduced mileage, maximising automated control, optimising assets during PPMs and fixing issues quickly.

Environmentally conscious processes not only focus on Energy Efficient systems during installation but also on waste reduction, recycling, refurbishment and re-use throughout the lifecycle
